International Shipping

In order to help reduce your shipping costs we ship by EMS (Express Mail Service) unless otherwise requested.

EMS is the least expensive express international mail service for shipping goods door to door easily and

conveniently worldwide.  

International orders are shipped daily, excluding non-business days and holidays.

Your order will process within 1-3 business days.

EMS orders takes 2-6 business days to arrive starting from the date of shipment.  

You will receive shipment tracking information via E-Mail when your order ships. 

Occasionally issues beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, mail service delays, custom clearance

procedures or incorrect addresses may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates.

Customers are solely responsible for any fees and charges that are incurred in the event an order must be reshipped

due to an incomplete/incorrect address.

 Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on imported shipments. These

fees are not enforced by us, and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These fees (if any) are made payable to

your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees deemed necessary for the

release of your shipment; please check with your local post office for more information.

We are not responsible for packages held by customs. Customers are solely responsible to be aware of and fully

comply by all laws pertaining to the importing of materials purchased on our website.

Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges incurred in the event a shipment is refused or

otherwise returned to us.

Shipping Rates are based on weight and distance to your location. 

All orders are charged actual shipping with no additional service charge. 

When placing an order your total will not include the shipping charge.

Once the order is packed and the measurments and weight is calculated we will send an e-mail with the freight

charge for you to confirm.
