All return / refund requests must be reported within 30 days from receipt of your order.
Please contact Customer Service at service@mypridewholesale.com with any such issues and they will be happy to
assist.
It is the customer's responsibility to check all merchandise in a timely manner upon receipt.
Please have all relevant information ready when placing a return to customer service:
Customer or invoice number, merchandise information and a clear and
concise description of your problem, as this will help to streamline the process.
	
	 Retutns of product must be made in sellable units.
If sold by dozens must be returned in multiples of 1 DZ, if sold in display, full display must be returned.
Please note that customers will be responsible for all freight charges on any authorized returns unless stated
otherwise at time of authorization.
	
	Customers will be responsible for both Inbound and outbound freight costs on any refused shipments.
	
	
Mypride® reserves the right to refuse any unreported / unauthorized returns and any costs incurred by Mypride® for
such will be the responsibility of the customer.
	
	
	 All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt.
